  1. Hello Grant, thanks for the video. I think it would be helpful if they look for the info of the client in the shipping information or something else, since when you are selling physical products it’s very annoying if the client needs to do an account, maybe just create an account when they buy, but don’t even send them an email to change the password, even if they are a return customer I doubt they still know their password, I mean it just adds another layer of complexity to the client.

    1. Yeah I 100% agree with you, they should work out a way not to force it. I had a custom HelpScout app created for me and we did not force login at checkout but I can’t remember how the native Woo App for HelpScout works regarding this. Any idea?

    2. @Grant Ambrose Yes, I mean they need to pull out the info for the Billing information, as if a client buys, they are force to put their emails regardless they create an account or not. Also, it would be helpful, at least for the Mexican market that they have an integration with WhatsApp since its a standard communication here in Mexico, I´ve already contact them to see in the future they will have that integration.

    3. Also, Thanks for the video, a lot of value information. For me I need to master the autonamy plugin, I haven’t mastered the Funnel Kit yet, there are a lot of options that make me map the funnel and its crazy but I think it’s worth it

  2. The thing that they don’t show a notification when someone come back to a chat is driving me crazy, maybe they can ad a blue dotj so you know that you need to go to chats.
